Incredible Journey
When growing up in the 70's, one of my favourite shows on TV was The Incredible Hulk, staring Lou Ferrigno. What a giant.
At this point I didn't know anything about bodybuilding. It wasn't until years later whilst training with a friend at my local atheletics club where I first saw the inside of a gym. They had recently built a gym room and I decided to give it a go. It wasn't long before I got the bug!
Although this is true, it still was a few years later before I actually started training for size. It wasn't until people started noticing that I seemed to grow quite easily that I thought I would give this game a real go.
